We are a coffee company operating out of a vintage trailer located in the heart of New Braunfels, as well as our new storefront shop in north New Braunfels! We pride ourselves on creating unique handcrafted espresso drinks, matcha, cold brew, lotus energy drinks, teas, & even fun drinks for the lil’ Bettys! We make the majority of our syrups from scratch and are dedicated to crafting the perfect beverage, just how you like it! We love creating unique drinks and flavor combinations that you can’t find at big chain shops. One of our most popular drinks is our Nutty Betty, a latte made with pistachio creme that we get imported from Italy.

Located in New Braunfels, Texas since 2021. We offer cut-to-order cheese, charcuterie, pantry items to pair with your cheese, beer and a growing selection of wine. Our cases are stocked with cheese from Texas, the United States, and from all over the world.  Come in and see what we have in the case this week!  

Parker + Scott is named after our two boys, Ayden Parker and Aiden Scott, step-brothers who share the same first name. As parents of three wonderful children, we understand the importance of creating a space that feels like home. Our mission is to be more than just a store—we strive to be an integral part of the Austin community, supporting local artisans and fostering a sense of togetherness.

While Jess was born in Texas, Billy "got here as fast as he could" as they say. Each having moved around the country more than their fair share, Billy and Jess met in San Francisco, and before too long Billy brought Jess back home.

A graphic designer and screenprinter by trade, Billy’s work takes on organic forms while Jessica’s background in fine art photography gives her a strong eye for framing, precision and composition. Son of a Sailor was born out of their shared love of thoughtful design and the ways it can spark joy in the lives of others.
