We send out The Baker’s Post on the 15th of every month as long as your are signed up by the last day of the previous month. For example, if you sign up by November 30th, we will send your first letter out on December 15th. US members typically receive it within 3-10 days of sending.

Yes! Just make sure that the shipping address is for the person that you would like the subscription to be sent to.

The beauty of snail mail is the slow pace and the anticipation that builds all month long. Most letters arrive within 2 weeks, but sometimes the mail runs late, or even gets lost along the way.
If your Baker’s Post hasn’t shown up by the end of the month, email us at alyssa@lyssielouscookieco.com and we’ll make it right, either with a fresh copy in the mail or a refund for the month. Before you write, take a peek at your receipt to make sure your address is correct. That’s the most common culprit!
